1. Cancellation Policy
● Clients may cancel service agreements within 3 days of signing the contract.
● Cancellation requests must be sent in writing to support@nextgenbss.com.
2. Refund Policy
● Refunds are applicable only if the cancellation is requested within the allowed
timeframe.
● If work has already commenced, the refund amount will be adjusted based on the
services/deliverables already executed.
● No refunds will be provided once the service has been fully executed and
delivered.
● administrative or consultation fees are strictly non-refundable.
● Taxes collected will not be refunded under any circumstances once paid to the
authorities, regardless of service delivery status.
3. Processing of Refunds
● Refunds will be processed within 45 business days and credited via the original
payment mode.
● Any disputes regarding refunds shall be addressed through mutual discussion or
arbitration under Kolkata jurisdiction.
4. Dispute Resolution
● In case of disputes regarding service quality, deliverables, or payments, both parties
shall attempt negotiation and arbitration before escalating to legal proceedings.
5. Grievance Redressal Mechanism
Before initiating formal arbitration or legal proceedings, clients are encouraged to engage in
the following escalation process:
● Primary Escalation: Submit a written grievance outlining the concern.
● Secondary Escalation: If unresolved within 7 working days, escalate the matter for
internal review and mutual redressal.
